Map USA is the newest innovative tool used in the Real Estate Industry. We help out three different types of people.

First, there is the buyer. The buyer can sit at their computer with a unique username and password, search for a house, and interactively check out his or her new neighborhood. Everything from virtual tours of local businesses to statistics of their community can be viewed online.

Second, there is the Realtor. The realtor cuts down on a lot of drive time and can always go back and monitor where his or her customers have looked. The Realtors also have unlimited passwords that will brand their picture and information on every page.

Third, there are local businesses. What a great way to let new potential clients know that they are in their new area and also provide viewers with a virtual tour of their establishment. After the closing, the customer is provided, by the Realtor, a CD ROM of the area where they will be living so they can always interactively check out their new neighborhood.

All of this is provided for a very low membership fee.
